How airport pricing works
- Hourly, with a minimum: airport transfers are billed by the hour. Sedans and SUVs have a 2-hour minimum; the Sprinter has a 3-hour minimum.
- Airport toll: a flat $20 is added to each airport transfer.
- Tax: 8.88% New York sales tax is added to the fare and toll.
- No hidden fees: there are no booking or service fees on top of the fare, toll and tax.
- Gratuity is optional: it is not added to your bill. Tipping your chauffeur is entirely your choice.
Long-distance trips: per-mile rates apply only to long trips outside New York. Rides within New York, including all airport transfers, are billed by the hour.

Is gratuity included in the price?
No. Gratuity is completely optional and is never added to your bill automatically.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. An airport transfer is the hourly fare, the $20 airport toll and 8.88% tax. Nothing else is added.
Why is there a minimum booking time?
Airport pickups include flight tracking, terminal meet & greet and wait time. The minimum covers that time, so your chauffeur is ready even if your flight or baggage is delayed.
How do I get a price for a mini bus or coach bus?
