2. Services Provided
   We offer professional limo and chauffeur services within the USA. All bookings are subject to availability, and the service will be provided as per the details confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking & Payment
   Bookings can be made online via our website or by contacting our customer service team. Payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment systems. Book large vehicles (Sprinter & Buses) 24 hours before.
4. Cancellations & Changes
   You may cancel or modify your booking within 24 hours. For cancellations 20% upfront payment will be deducted..
5. Passenger Behavior
   Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the chauffeur and fellow passengers. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of the service without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
   Our company is not liable for any delays, accidents, or damages caused by unforeseen events such as weather conditions or traffic. We will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
