Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Customer:
    If cancellation made by our company, full upfront payment will be refunded.
    If you cancel your booking, 20% upfront payment will be deducted.
  2. Refund Process
    To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Non-refundable Services
    Specialty or custom services, such as VIP packages, and services booked for peak times or holidays, are non-refundable once confirmed.
